Evernote! Remember everything.

Evernote allows you to easily capture information in any environment using whatever device or platform you find most convenient, and makes this information accessible and searchable at any time, from anywhere. Did we mention that it's free?

Awesome list but instead of 2 programs that are so similar (Grand Perspective and Disk Inventory X) You should consider Omni Disk Sweeper, http://www.omnigroup.com/applications/omnidisksweeper/ It allows you to drill down through folders finding large collections of smaller files whereas the others just look for large single files. This let's you find a forgotten folder of mp3s or a temp or download folder. I love it.

I would also recommend Jumpcut:Minimalist Buffering for OS X.
This a pretty cool clipboard extension and it's free. It should be on the list!
