Another one that’s great for reminding you to take regular breaks is AntiRSI. It’s not as visually fancy as the one you mentioned but it’s more responsive to user idle times – if I’m just watching TV or a video it won’t pop up with a break because it recognises that I’m already idle or mostly idle. I find that really helpful.

Otherwise we use almost all of the same tools – although I prefer MarsEdit for blogging.
