I created 2 new mailboxes, but when I dragged the emails into them an “error occurred” both times. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the tip. It sounds so simple once you mentioned the plus sign at the bottom. Should have thought of that. Thanks for your help and taking the time to post this.

I use the same format for all mailboxes and sub folders. How can I create the same “template” when bringing on new customers without starting from scratch and build each mailbox and sub folder?
