TimeTable 1.0 Released 3
News
Hey
I use iCal a lot, I mean a lot. I use it for reminders, tasks, to-dos and pretty much anything in between, every little task that has to be done will usually end up on iCal. As a result a lot of time will be spent doing tasks. It can be interesting in how long these tasks take. Thats why TimeTable was born.
It is design to track how long tasks take. Uou can view, analyze and total the hours you have recorded in your iCal calendars. Since you already use your calendars to plan your time, this data is perfect for tracking time, event and project planning. It is a really small application that enables you to analyze how long your time is being taken up.
- Viewing overall hour based totals and averages
- Viewing individual event details
- Search your results by Title, Notes or Location
Once you have selected the time frame you want, TimeTable can export this data to text or comma separated values so you can use the results in other tools like email, invoicing, time tracking or spreadsheet applications. Since TimeTable only reads iCal data, there is nothing to save or backup.
System Requirements:
- Requires Mac OS X v10.5 or later
- 1 MB Hard Drive space
Supported Languages:
- US English
It costs $10 which is a bargin. There are a couple of bugs in the software that make the program a slight annoyance. But these will probably be fixed in later versions. You can of course download a demo to test the waters. Its a good little app, although I don’t think the masses will be rushing out to buy this one.

Thanks for the review! I have a small but growing list of enhancements for version 1.1 including the ability to customize the contents of each of the exports. I am really curious about the bugs that you spoke of. Please, if you can find time, let me know what you have found so I can make sure to squish them for the next release.
Cheers! ~Steven Riggs

Hey
Thanks for liking it. The only bigs I could find is the columns not being able to be changed in size. Other than that pretty cool.
