Offtopic: Internal Server Errors 0

This is a little bit off topic, my apologies. There seems to be a random problem occurring every so often and I can’t seem to put my finger on it. What’s happening I am getting random Internal Server Errors, these seem to be only on the back end, such as the phpmyadmin interface and uploading images in WordPress.
All I ask is if people see these errors can you please email me at jamespowell100@gmail.com or contact me through my contact form. If you could include what page you were visiting and the time, it would be grateful. I do have pingdom monitoring uptime, although it doesn’t give feedback on internal server errors.
I will try to get to the cause of the problem, in the mean time sit tight, 9 times out of 10 it will solve itself.
