The MacTricksAndTip Channel has published a new video. Today’s video is on enabling text selection within Quicklook. This goes back to a list of tips I published a while ago on Finder Hacks and Tips. It allows you to use Quick Look to quickly open a file and select text, this means you don’t have to open the file within the text editor. Its a great way of speeding up your work flow, since you don’t have to open the file.

To enable text selection, you open terminal write a command and restart Finder. The video is 3 minutes long, although it really won’t take that long to implement the trick.
