In one of my previous posts on Coda I mentioned about Coda clips. This post is going to expand on them slightly, as well as reiterate the points. I think both of the sites are worth another mention. This is because when used within Coda you can save a lot of time and effort, especially with the WordPress clips. You don’t need to go searching for the commands. They are already saved on your computer.

I have had a new love of Coda, I previously review it a couple of days ago, if you want to read it your can find it here. Anyway I have been collecting tips for over the last week or so about Coda. This post is going to list 99 different speed tips for speeding up your Mac. I have done a couple of these posts before, but those were more discussions. This post is designed to tell you what to do in each section. Each item is going to be quick, simple and easy to complete. Over the past couple of weeks I have been collecting these and using them.Although none of these tips will make your Mac hundreds of times faster than it already is, if you have a slow Mac or are experiencing slow downs a couple of these could help. This is a very quick post telling you about Using Mac. It has quite a nice guide on some quick Leopard tricks and you can use to speed up your work flow on your Mac. I know some of the tips are a bit basic. But for a new Mac user these tips can really offer an insight into speeding up how you work on your Mac, for example places to put useful shortcuts in your toolbar in Finder. Its just a simple case of drag and drop so explained in the post. My favourite tip, which I will be using from now on, is turning the screen on a MacBook black. Its a simple short cut Control + Shift + Eject.

Mail is a great program. But the problem is after a while you can clutter it up with a lot of emails and RSS feeds. This tip today will be about creating folders, both smart and normal to enable you to organise your life a bit better. For a new user it is not as easy as you would think.
Most people would organise email addresses through folders. In Mail they are not called Folders they are called Mailboxes. You can make a new mail box by either pressing the plus in the bottom of the sidebar or from Mailbox > New Mailbox.

One of the best features that has come to Leopard 10.5 is Quicklook. If you don’t no about it, Quicklook enables you to open a file with out actually opening the program. Its great and you can quickly look inside files without opening programs, especially if you have a massive Photoshop file. Quicklook is accessed by pressing the space bar when any file is selected. This post is going to be about two cool tricks that you can use.
